A well-established therapy organization is seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Medical Front Office Associate to provide leave coverage beginning early June 2026 through December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment and enjoys supporting patients and families through exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Seeking someone who can step in confidently, stay organized, and help ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
Coordinate patient intakes and scheduling
Assign patients to appropriate therapists
Verify insurance information and benefits
Explain deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket expenses to families
Assist with billing-related administrative processes
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Support overall front office operations and communication
Qualifications
Prior experience in a medical front office or insurance-related environment required
Strong understanding of insurance verification, deductibles, and patient financial responsibilities
Scheduling and patient coordination experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy office setting
Reliable and able to commit through the duration of the assignment
