About the Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic's daily operations — greeting patients, managing schedules, and making sure every visit starts on the right foot. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment.

- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards
- Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient arrivals, scheduling changes, and daily flow
- Handle incoming referrals and coordinate new patient paperwork
- Keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming
- Support billing staff with basic administrative tasks as needed (e.g., co-pay logs, documentation follow-up)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, or customer-service-heavy role preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/scheduling software a plus (we'll train you on Prompt Health)
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of medical insurance and HIPAA a plus (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
