Buddy's Harbor is building on the success of its artisan wood fire pizzeria with a full, high-end international dinner menu and bringing back its gourmet burger kitchen offering. We’re looking to personally train a young cook or two who are seeking a culinary career, not just a kitchen job.
This is a hands-on apprenticeship-style role: you will work alongside experienced chefs and learn technique from the ground up, and build a real foundation for a career in food.
