## Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of construction practices. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of homes, including structural components, electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, pools, wells, and septic systems.
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports for clients
- Identify potential issues or hazards and recommend necessary repairs or improvements
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with industry standards and local regulations
## Requirements
- MUST HAVE active Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector license
- 1 year experience as home inspector
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough data collection
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, agents, and contractors effectively
- Able to remain focused, think critically to solve problems, adapt to changes, and work alone
- Available as early as 8AM and as late as 6PM, some long drives, some weekends
- Able to lift 40-50 lbs., climb ladders, navigate roofs, enter confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces
