We are seeking self-motivated sales associates to join our team who are committed to driving results, great customer experiences and contribute and enjoy being part of a winning team. Retail experience is required but we do provide training for our field. We pay hourly plus no capped commission. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK and CREDIT CHECK. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY , this position is FULL TIME.
* Self motivated, eager to learn.
*Provide experience in a retail environment.
*Retail experience in high volume company is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer is a plus.
* Desire to succeed in fast paced retail environment.
*Flexibility in schedule must include but not limited to sales.
*Responsibilities include but not limited to sales
*Attain personal sales goals daily.
*Contribute to fun, full-service shopping experience for Rogers guest.
*Proven track record of building customer relationship and developing return business

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
