Luxe Face & Body Med Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Medical Esthetician who also holds a Florida Laser Hair Removal and Electrolysis License. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, dependable, client focused, and excited to grow within a fast paced clinical med spa that specializes in treating all skin types, with a strong emphasis on ethnic skin.
As one of the primary providers in our practice, you will perform a wide variety of advanced esthetic treatments while helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through customized treatment plans and exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services
- Comprehensive skin analysis and consultation
- Customized facials
- Light, medium, and deep chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Nano needling
- Dermaplaning
- Facial and body waxing
- Vagacials
- V Steam services
- Brow tinting
- Lash lift and tint
- Additional esthetic services as offered by the spa
Laser Services
- Serve as the primary esthetic provider for laser hair removal treatments
- Perform laser skin rejuvenation treatments using the Aerolase laser system
- Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and post care
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Additional Responsibilities
- Front desk management and client check in/check out
- Scheduling and rebooking appointments
- Retail product recommendations and sales
- Creating social media content including photos, videos, and educational posts
- Maintaining treatment rooms and overall spa cleanliness
- Inventory assistance as needed
- Delivering exceptional customer service from consultation through follow up
Qualifications
- Current Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License
- Current Florida Laser Hair Removal License
- Current Florida Electrolysis License
- Experience performing advanced esthetic treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin care and skin analysis
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing education
- Comfortable working with clients of all skin tones and ethnicities
- Sales experience or confidence recommending retail products preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus
