About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team across retail and e-commerce. This role sits at the intersection of HR, recruiting, and day-to-day operations, and is critical to keeping our team running smoothly. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will own key administrative and operational processes across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting recruiting, payroll coordination, and internal systems. No task is too big or too small — from managing offboarding workflows to ordering office supplies.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building structure out of chaos, and take pride in getting the details right, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Employee Lifecycle & People Operations

Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end

Manage employee records, documentation, and internal systems (Rippling, payroll, etc.)

Coordinate transitions, system access, and internal communications

Support compliance-related tasks (handbooks, agreements, documentation)

Assist with benefits administration (health, 401k, PTO tracking)
Recruiting & Hiring Support

Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs across retail and corporate teams

Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination

Support recruiting strategy, including new approaches for retail hiring

Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Payroll & Systems Coordination

Assist in payroll preparation and verification across teams

Partner with store teams to ensure accurate hours and bonus tracking

Support implementation and maintenance of scheduling tools
Training & Internal Support

Help gather and organize training materials and SOPs

Support onboarding resources for new hires

Assist in documenting processes as the company grows
Operations & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day operational support to leadership

Order office supplies and manage basic office needs

Assist with data entry and ad hoc administrative tasks
You're a great fit

1–4 years of experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting, or operations (or similar)

Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

Able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams at once
