What exactly do we do? Real farm to table chef sh!t, in our scratch kitchen you will learn butchery, pastry, sauces, dressings, fermentation, molecular gastronomy, pasta making, and smoking.
Working in symphony with local farmers is a big part of our company, from picking fresh produce, , burgers from local cattle and our very own heard of Wagyu. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people from all over the USA coming together to build something special. Seasonal menus are a must and a great way for staff to get involved on the creative side and we encourage participation. Special dinners including whiskey and wine paired dinners are also a chance for employees to get involved in the creative process; these dinners are a chance to work with guest chefs and other industry professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in our company’s success and we look forward to meeting you.
