Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Contract Length: Approximately 6 Months, then potential converestion to FTE
Location: Hybrid (Boston Suburbs or NYC Only)
Job Summary
ORS Partners is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support our client’s human resources operations and administrative functions. This contract role will assist with HR coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, interview scheduling, executive calendar management, and general administrative support across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders. This individual should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining employee records, interview documentation, and new hire files.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating onboarding sessions, and communicating with new employees.
- Ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements.
- Assist with posting job descriptions on career sites and internal/external job boards as needed.
- Maintain applicant, interview, and hiring records within HR systems or applicant tracking systems.
- Support candidate communication throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Assist with reference checks, background check coordination, and other pre-employment processes as needed.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including reporting, data entry, file maintenance, and process coordination.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, or candidate management systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and administrative best practices.
- Experience supporting interview scheduling, onboarding, or employee documentation preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting tools is a plus.
