As a AT&T Crew Member, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the enrollment and account management process. The AT&T Crew Member role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing account requests, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal AT&T Crew Member is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Crew Member
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional direct customer service.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored AT&T solutions in person that improve satisfaction and retention.
- Manage assigned client accounts by providing personalized support, recommending solutions, and processing sales and enrollment requests.
- Accurately document client interactions, account updates, and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other AT&T Crew Members and participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen customer service and sales skills.
- Conduct market and customer research to gather feedback, evaluate competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and a positive client experience.
Qualifications for an AT&T Crew Member
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior AT&T Crew Member experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
