The UPS Store of Novi Sales Associate
Daily duties are to familiarize yourself with all UPS shipping methods. Become an expert at assisting our customers with their shipping needs and being able to help them decide on the right shipping practices for themselves. Handle the returns and drop off of prepackaged returns for UPS customers and other companies that use our location as a return facility. We also package items that are brought to us for our customers to ensure they are able to safely arrive to their destination. We are looking for a Part-Time employee who can commit to around 20 hours a week. The shifts would be weekday afternoons and at least 3 Saturdays per month. Weekend availability is a must for this position.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Creative is preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is a requirement
