Part-Time (8-10 client hours/week, with the option to increase as caseload builds)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team and provide compassionate, client-centered medication management services to a diverse caseload of adolescents and adults. This is a fee-for-service W2 role.

What You'll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with care and attention to individual needs.
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our EHR.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and occasional staff trainings.

Qualifications
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in mental health
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Committed to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
