Our client, a premier apparel manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Routing Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries for both domestic and international customers. Responsibilities for this role include determining the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods based on customer requirements, carrier availability, and delivery deadlines. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or routing coordination is preferred for this position.
The Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate daily shipment schedules for domestic and international orders.
- Schedule carrier pickups with other freight providers.
- Communicate shipping priorities and deadlines with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor order completion to ensure shipments are prepared before carrier cutoff times.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping labels.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Experience working with freight carriers
- Familiarity with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
