Pay
Starting at $20.00 per hour
Performance-based raises are available for employees who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Schedule
- Part-time to start (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
- Primarily weekday daytime hours
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to grow into 30+ hours per week as our client base continues to expand

Service Area
Our clients are located throughout Concord, Weare, and many surrounding New Hampshire towns, generally within about a one-hour radius of Concord.
If you’re asked to travel more than one hour from Concord for a job, gas reimbursement is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes to our company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, and complete detailed cleaning tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while respecting each client’s home.
- Work independently while managing your time efficiently.
- Represent Eskra Cleaning LLC with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.

Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work independently
- Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training for the right person.
