Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our long-term care facility with passion and expertise. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Lead and supervise care teams to ensure delivery of high-quality nursing, memory care, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and senior care services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs, including those with developmental disabilities or requiring disability services.
- Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare policies and safety standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, care plans, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Ensure the facility adheres to health regulation policies and maintains accreditation standards through regular audits.
- Foster a positive work environment by supervising staff performance, providing leadership in nursing and healthcare management, and managing team schedules effectively.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license or equivalent certification required.
- Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management.
- Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience in healthcare or residential care settings.
- Deep knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and memory care best practices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, budgeting, and financial acumen.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in disability services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, residents’ families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
