Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our operations. Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service—all while contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently

Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying

Understand and effectively execute customer service policies and procedures

Take initiative to research and provide solutions when requested information is unavailable

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product requests

Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
2+ years of experience in an office-based customer service role preferred (but not required)

Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot

Knowledge of glass fabrication processes is a bonus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills

Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
