<Duties>
- Conduct sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products.
- Engage in sales environments, presenting insurance options clearly and confidently to meet client needs.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the sales process.
- Assist with sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and updating databases efficiently.
- Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their personal or business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
<Experience>
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is desirable, but NOT required. We provide all of the necessary training.
- Prior knowledge of insurance products and sales is also preferred, but is NOT mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet sales goals.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
