Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers.
- Use persuasive techniques to win over customers
- Follow prepared scripts and provide accurate product information.
Skills
Ideal candidates will be able to listen to customers’ needs and concerns.
- Good time Management, managing a high volume of outbound calls during your scheduled shift.
- Be coachable and have a positive attitude!
