Meridian Cleaning Services is a Denver-based residential cleaning company serving homeowners throughout the Denver metro area.
We handle the business side — finding clients, marketing, quoting, scheduling, client communication, and payment collection — so our contractors can focus on doing great work without having to find and manage their own residential clients.
We're looking for experienced, reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent residential cleaning opportunities with a growing local company.
How the Work Is Split
Meridian Cleaning Services handles:
- Finding and booking clients
- Marketing and lead generation
- Quoting and pricing
- Client communication before and after appointments
- Scheduling and job details
- Payment collection from clients
- Sending job instructions, access details, and scope of work
You handle:
- Providing reliable transportation to client homes
- Bringing your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Arriving on time and prepared
- Completing the cleaning professionally and thoroughly
- Communicating clearly regarding the job
- Following the agreed scope of work and checklist
- Taking before/after photos when requested
- Letting us know if a home's condition requires additional time or falls outside the agreed scope
What You Can Expect
- $25–$35/hr equivalent, paid per completed job via direct deposit

Responsibilities
- Complete residential cleaning jobs according to the agreed scope of work and Meridian Cleaning Services' quality standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas included in the job scope
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces as appropriate
- Pay attention to detail, including baseboards, edges, corners, and high-touch areas
- Take before/after photos when requested
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate promptly regarding access issues, scheduling concerns, or property conditions
- Report any damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions immediately
- Inspect your work before leaving to ensure the requested services have been completed
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior residential cleaning experience (1+ year preferred)
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone with text and internet access
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance
Preferred:
- Experience with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, or recurring residential cleaning
- Comfortable working in homes with pets and/or children
- Experience following structured cleaning checklists
Independent Contractor Status
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, transportation, supplies, equipment, insurance, and other business expenses associated with your services.
Available jobs can be reviewed and accepted based on your schedule, availability, and preferred service area.
