Gregg Young Omaha is searching for a Mobile Service Advisor to join our TEAM at our Chevrolet dealership.
Starting with our first dealership over 26 years ago and expanding to 12 dealerships spread throughout NE, IA, and WI, we aim to continue growing our business while simultaneously growing our people and their career paths all while holding true to our 4 Core Values: Ambition, Integrity, Execution, and Serves Others.
Mobile Service Advisor Requirements:
- engage with many different customers each day assessing their needs and represent the dealership while being professional, personable, and proactive
- organize, prepare, schedule, and communicate the day’s appointments and be excellent at time management
- sell, negotiate, and close mobile maintenance & repair jobs with customers
- understand the key performance metrics, utilize training to achieve production goals, strive to improve CSI and customer experiences
- guide customer through the write up, services, and delivery of the vehicle
- complete the customer interaction, execute necessary documentation
- establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
Mobile Service Advisor Employment Package:
Hours & Compensation
- Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm - no weekends
- 40 hours/week estimated
- $20 - $22/hr - based on experience
