Your Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the bridge between our sales and service departments while ensuring every customer leaves confident, informed, and excited about their purchase.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle deliveries
- Educate customers on vehicle technology, safety features, and connected services
- Set up NissanConnect and other vehicle applications
- Schedule first service appointments
- Introduce customers to our service department
- Follow up with customers after delivery
- Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives
- Generate and monitor customer reviews
- Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
- Help maintain dealership CRM records and follow-up processes
- Support dealership events and customer appreciation programs

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience
- Experience working with technology or mobile applications
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
