Job Summary
Growing trucking company based in Pomona, CA. We run daily loads to Amazon and Walmart across the Inland Empire, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Northern California. We’re looking for motivated, experienced drivers who are ready to work hard and maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Plan and follow optimized routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Manage delivery documentation accurately, including manifests, delivery receipts, and logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during transit.
- Maintain a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Must speak English and communicate effectively
- WEEKENDS ARE A MUST
- Must follow dispatch instructions and maintain professionalism
- Strong work ethic — must enjoy running hard
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Proven experience in truck driving, especially within regional or route driving environments.s.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and freight transportation.
- Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience
- Amazon delivery experience preferred
- Less than 2 points on driving record
- Able to perform minor truck maintenance
