Part Time Kitchen Porter
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a busy kitchen environment.
Availability Requirement
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are required and non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner
- Ensure all cleaned items are returned to their proper storage locations
- Scrub and maintain kitchen floors and walls to uphold sanitation standards
- Keep the dish pit clean, organized, and running efficiently during service
- Empty trash cans throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Transport trash to the dumpster using a golf cart
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to lift and carry trash bags, dish racks, and kitchen equipment
- Must be comfortable operating a golf cart on property
- Must be reliable and punctual
