Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of sales, and the ability to effectively promote products. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Management positions are available, we promote from within. Performance based compensation puts you in the drivers seat to earn what you are worth.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries from customers.
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written English; bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued
- Clean background check required.
- Valid Drivers License and personal transportation required.
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Position will require licensing through the state.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
