Job Title: Production Team Members / Direct Hire with Benefits
Pay: $22.70 with top out $25.59 (Shift premium + $1.00/hour)
Shifts Available:
1. Monday – Friday 2nd & 3rd Shifts
a. 8 hour shifts with overtime
*Daily & Weekend Overtime subject to plant assignment and customer demands
2. Weekend Crew – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
a. 12-hour shifts – Work 36 hours paid for 40
· 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Incentive Pay $100 per pay) 26 pay periods
· 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Incentive Pay $150 per pay) 26 pay periods

Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical requirements including but not limited to walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching with hands, and grasping with fingers for 8 -10 hours a day when completing production processes or moving products.
· Ability to lift to 70lbs
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
· Ability to work in very warm temperatures
· Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
· Ability to speak, read and write English required
· Must be drug free and subject to random drug testing
Job Responsibility:
· Ability to work safely and comply with all safety standards. Must be able to wear all forms of protective equipment.
· Ensure quality standards are achieved by performing jobs in accordance with work instructions to include correct product, size, quantity, and color on various wheel types to meet customer satisfaction.
· Work respectfully within a team environment or independently, as needed.
· Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
