TriBolt Property Solutions is a young and growing landscaping, hardscaping, and property services company looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew on a part-time, project-based basis.
You do not need to be an expert. We care most about work ethic, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. If you show up, work hard, take pride in the finished product, and are easy to work with, there is an opportunity to earn steady work with us as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to provide your own reliable transportation to each job site
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work
- Able to follow direction and work well as part of a crew
- Flexible enough to accept some projects with 3–5 days’ notice
- Willing to work at different locations throughout the Richmond area and surrounding communities, including projects as far north as Fredericksburg, VA
- Someone who takes pride in leaving a job completely finished and looking great
What We Do
Our projects are varied, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work on things like:
- Landscaping and property cleanups
- Mowing, edging, aerating and seeding
- Mulching, planting, weeding and trimming
- Brush, debris and small-tree removal
- Decorative rock and gravel installation
- Landscape edging and bed installation
- Drainage and grading
- Paver and flagstone patios
- Walkways and pathways
- Fire pits and outdoor fireplaces
- Outdoor carpentry
- Demolition and excavation
- Material hauling
- Other residential property improvement projects
Pay & Opportunity
This is a part-time, project-based position. Work will vary based on our project schedule, but our goal is to build a core group of reliable people who we can call consistently as the business grows.
You can earn more if you bring additional value to the crew. Be sure to tell us if you have:
- Landscaping or construction tools
- Power tools
- A truck or work vehicle
- A utility or dump trailer
- Hardscape equipment
- Landscaping, carpentry, masonry or construction experience
Bonus points for a truck + trailer and the tools to get work done.
Reliability Matters
We take commitments seriously. If you agree to work a project, we’re counting on you.
We operate with a one-strike standard for no-shows, abandoning a committed job, or unacceptable work quality. Show up on time, work hard, follow direction, and help the crew finish the job properly.
Do that, and you’ll be one of the first people we call for future work.
