Local non-profit Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI) is seeking a caring, client-focused professional LPN for the Director position at the Adult Day Health Care Center in Hinesville. Responsible for overseeing the activities, daily operation, increasing the center's growth, and staffing of the center. Must have an LPN license in the state of GA and supervisory experience. Position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound decision-making ability under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully prepare and manage a budget. The director will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and client confidentiality, as well as recruiting and managing the staff to ensure an excellent client experience. Must be highly organized with strong computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with aging resources within the community and have activity planning experience.
This is a 5-day/week position with competitive pay and a complete benefits package including paid holidays, health plan, and 401(k).
