Responsibilities
As our Bookkeeper, you will handle the vital financial engine of our operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records, including Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Reconciliation & Verification: Conduct data entry, verify transactions, and reconcile bank and credit card statements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Reporting: Generate clear, accurate internal financial reports for management.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
We are looking for an ethical, proactive professional who brings the following qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and office productivity suites (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, with advanced spreadsheet skills).
- Speed & Accuracy: Proficient in 10-key typing with a proven track record of data entry accuracy.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience handling administrative tasks or working within a real estate environment is a plus.
