What You'll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet managers, business owners, and executive decision-makers.
- Consult with customers to understand their transportation needs and recommend customized leasing and fleet solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through contract renewals, fleet expansions, and value-added services.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Service, Parts, Rental, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and growth goals.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of successful B2B sales or account management experience.
- Enjoys building relationships and earning customer trust.
- Has excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Is self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
- Can confidently work with business owners, fleet managers, and executive leadership.
- Has experience in transportation, truck leasing, fleet services, commercial vehicles, equipment leasing, or a related industry (preferred).
- Is proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
