Your Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an LBA in North Carolina
- Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home services
