Pay
$50,000 – $80,000 + per year (base + commission/bonus, depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and write accurate repair orders
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
- Prepare estimates, order parts, and manage repair authorizations
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accuracy in the shop management system (Tekmetric)
- Ensure every guest receives top-tier service from drop-off to pickup
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service writing or advisor experience (independent or dealership)
- Solid understanding of general automotive repairs and maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive, team-first attitude and commitment to honesty
