Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring positive resolutions for customers and team members alike.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to ensure personal safety and that of others.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed or wheel-lift models. (not Required Training is available)
- Familiarity with manual transmissions
- Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as winches.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to tow truck operations and vehicle handling.
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
