Role Overview
Our caregivers provide non-medical support that builds trust, brings reassurance, and fosters genuine companionship—supporting individuals in maintaining their independence, dignity, and well-being in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities vary by assignment and are discussed in advance.
Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship, lifestyle, and wellness support
- Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support with mobility and daily routines
- Dementia-aware care and supervision
- Medication reminders (non-medical only)
- Accompaniment to appointments and outings
- Emotional support, engagement, and social connection
Schedule
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, and preferred travel radius

Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to complete background checks and routine screenings during onboarding
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes
- Ability to communicate and work independently with care receivers
- Follow individualized care plans and document services
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Commitment to providing reliable, respectful, and attentive care based on individual client needs
