Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

Pay Range
$35.00 – $40.00 per hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift differentials. Pay varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits, with opportunities for higher hourly rates depending on benefit elections.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and IVs
- Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
