Job Summary:
Contributes to the design, development, and implementation of features and workflows within an online research platform used to conduct and manage clinical and cognitive research studies. Identifies and evaluates opportunities to enhance platform functionality based on feedback from researchers, study teams, and participants, and translates these needs into product requirements and actionable development tasks. Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, researchers, and external collaborators, to support the full product lifecycle from scoping through deployment and iteration. Applies strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent studies, development efforts, and competing priorities across contracts. Leads and facilitates technical discussions, contributes to documentation, and supports user training to ensure effective adoption and use of platform technologies. Utilizes platform metrics and reporting to inform decision-making, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Contributes to the deployment, maintenance, and integration of other applications beyond the online research platform.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
