Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and related controls.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration issues using wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and reliability.
- Recommend repair and replacement options based on system condition.
- Complete accurate service documentation, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service.
- Work safely while following all company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality work and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and refrigeration circuits.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, boilers, controls, and electrical diagnostics is a plus.
- Welding, brazing, and plumbing experience is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
