Lake Family Dental is seeking a Treatment/Insurance Coordinator! Ditch the corporate pressure and come join our family-like office. This position has every other Friday off and has some flexibility with daily start and end times. We see patients M-Th 8a-5p and Friday 8a-12pm. You have the option to start at 745a or 9am two days and leave at 4pm the other two days. We accommodate life.
Our office is drama-free and easy going. We are located in Sterling Ranch (south Littleton by Roxborough). 2 Weeks PTO per year, health insurance, and 401k with matching are a few of the perks. MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We focus on doing what's right for our patients and community. This is private practice and not a corporate office. No high pressure sales here- only conservative ethical treatment.

Position Summary
The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring patients understand their recommended treatment, associated costs, and insurance coverage. This individual will be the bridge between clinical recommendations and the patient's understanding and commitment.
Treatment Coordination
- Present proposed treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner.
- Verify insurance and check benefits prior to treatment
- Explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Follow up with patients who have pending or unscheduled treatment.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments based on treatment sequences and provider availability.
- Ensure all treatment plans are accurate, signed, and documented in patient records.
- Maintain excellent communication between front office and clinical team.
