Meadows Eye Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a highly organized and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume clinic. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to follow-up, while supporting clinical and administrative teams with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Manage patient intake, insurance verification, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Support front office operations in a high-volume environment
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
- Maintain detailed and organized patient records
- Assist with billing processes and insurance-related inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume medical clinic required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Energetic, proactive, and able to “hustle” in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Medical billing experience is a major plus
- Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
