*Duties*
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing sales and managing inventory.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to encourage sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in supervising store operations, including training new staff members on best practices in retail sales.
- Perform retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and discounts are applied during transactions.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or assisting with orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Assist in creating content for social media like Facebook and Instagram
*Experience*
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers through effective selling techniques.
