Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Roofing/Construction Sales Person to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target residential, commercial, and industrial clients within designated territories.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions and construction services.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with management to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop territory management strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools like Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales within the roofing, construction, or related industries.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and business development.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute effective sales tactics.
- Prior experience in technical sales or product demos related to roofing materials or construction solutions is highly desirable.
Pay: $49,537.47 - $59,658.03 per year
