Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Market insurance products through networking and community engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding their policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred. NOT REQUIRED WE WILL FULLY TRAIN YOU
- Strong sales skills with a focus on insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with telemarketing strategies and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
- A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
