Final Assembly Technician
Pay: $24.00/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 5am-3:30pm
About the Opportunity
Join a well-established, growing manufacturer with over 60 years of success in building high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. We’re looking for skilled individuals to join our Final Assembly team, where quality and precision matter.
- Perform final assembly of heat exchanger units before shipment
- Install and align motors, fans, guards, and drive components
- Ensure all components are properly fitted, secured, and functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
- Follow production schedules and safety protocols
- Prior mechanical or heavy assembly experience required
- Experience with final assembly or equipment build-out preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
- Reliable and team-focused
- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting
- Exposure to noise, dust, and metal particles
- PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, etc.)
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders as needed
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong visual awareness and attention to detail
