**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a FUN, outgoing, and friendly Studio Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys hands-on projects, and thrives in a creative environment.
As a Studio Assistant, you will help provide an exceptional guest experience while assisting with behind-the-scenes operations such as prepping to-go kits, cleaning, organizing, party planning, firing pottery, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
* Guide guests through projects and provide support as needed
* Prepare, organize, and restock to-go kits and studio supplies
* Assist with cleaning and maintaining the studio space
* Help check guests in and out; process payments
* Monitor and manage pottery firing and other studio equipment
* Support event and party planning, including setup and cleanup
* Maintain organization and inventory of materials
Qualifications:
* Must be fun and outgoing
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Have weekend availability
* Ability to handle both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes work
*Experience preferred* in education, retail, restaurant, or other customer service roles, but not required
* Comfortable working with kids, adults, and groups of varying sizes

All positions will start with a 90 day probationary period.
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
