Vacation Rental Operations Assistant (Full-Time)
Proper Realty Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work supporting our portfolio of vacation rental properties throughout Palm Beach County.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team. While cleaning and preparing properties is a primary responsibility, this role also includes guest communication, scheduling, maintenance coordination, inventory management, and day-to-day operational support.
Must speak English and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays
- Make beds and stage each property to hotel-quality standards
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
- Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and household supplies
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages on Airbnb and other booking platforms
- Manage the cleaning schedule and coordinate property turnovers
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely repairs
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Perform property inspections, report maintenance issues, and complete turnover photos
- Assist with light administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio
Qualifications
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and photo reporting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No prior vacation rental experience is required. We're happy to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
