ResponsibilitiesAesthetic RN
- Perform Botox® and other neurotoxin injections safely and confidently.
- Perform basic dermal filler treatments (mid-to-light volume).
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
- Complete medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Work collaboratively with our Medical Director and aesthetic team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Store Coordinator / Front Desk
- Welcome clients and create a warm, luxury guest experience.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and manage daily front desk operations.
- Coordinate treatment flow and assist with daily spa management.
- Recommend skincare products and treatment plans based on client needs.
- Support retail sales and membership enrollment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
- Assist with occasional marketing initiatives, social media content, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Botox and neurotoxin injections is required.
- Experience with dermal fillers is preferred.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and providing outstanding patient care.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with EMR or practice management software is a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$50 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional commission for all injectable treatments performed.
