Company overviewLab3 is a third-party logistics and fulfillment company. We store, pick, pack, and ship for growing e-commerce and wholesale brands. We're looking for a customer service representative to be the day-to-day point of contact between our clients and our warehouse team.
About the role You'll be the person clients count on and the person who keeps our operation and our customers in sync. That means answering client questions clearly, staying on top of their orders and inventory, and coordinating with the warehouse to get issues resolved. You're not afraid to chase down answers when something's stuck, and you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions across email, phone, and our client portal
- Handle order status, tracking, and inventory questions using our warehouse system (ShipHero)
- Set up and maintain client accounts and inventory in the system so everything is accurate
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve shipping issues — delays, damages, shortages — start to finish
- Support new client onboarding and account setup
- Follow issues through to resolution and escalate when work stalls
- Flag billing questions and route them to the right person
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer service, account support, or a client-facing role
- Clear, calm, professional written and verbal communication
- Organized and dependable — you follow through and close loops without being chased
- Comfortable learning and working inside a warehouse or order management system
- Confident chasing down answers and keeping things moving
Nice to have
- Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce
- Hands-on with ShipHero, Goflow, or a similar WMS
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
