Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards.
- Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and replacing linens and towels efficiently.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues requiring professional repair to maintain property quality.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques such as carpet cleaning machines and floor polishers.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and health regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Prior experience with laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus.
