Assistant Maintenance Technician – Palladium Glenn Heights
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations at Palladium Glenn Heights, a residential community. This role is ideal for a hands-on, dependable technician who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance and repair of apartment units, amenities, and common areas
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Maintain property appearance, including grounds and exterior upkeep
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Assist Lead Maintenance Technician and on-site management team as needed
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance, construction, or multifamily property experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
- Valid driver’s license preferred
