Centennial Gun Club is Denver’s premier shooting sports club that focuses on empowering everyone through our moto Equip – Prepare – Practice. CGC is the one-stop shop offering retail, range, training, gunsmith, and legal self-defense coverage.
About the Role
CGC is looking for a customer service focused individual specializing in Membership and Range services.
Responsibilities
- Support an inviting and accommodating environment to our members and non-members.
- Ensure a safe experience for all our members and non-members by enforcing our range rules.
- Continuously monitor the range equipment and bullet catch.
- Assist with classes, helping the instructor enforce range rules.
- Perform open & closing procedures.
- Perform routine range maintenance and cleanings.
- Regularly clean and maintain range rental firearms.
- Cross trained between departments to help assist customers with product and service questions.
- Help foster growth and sustainability in our membership programs.
- Selling and managing CGC’s member accounts.
- Build strong relationships with our members and customers to promote our brand.
Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 and able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Point of sale experience and familiarity with the firearms industry is a plus.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work requires flexibility of hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
- General Computer: 1 year (Preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Centennial, CO 80111: Relocate before starting work (Required)
