At ProFlow Pumping Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Corporate Controller to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic accounting professional who enjoys being involved in both high-level financial oversight and day-to-day operational support. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in supporting company growth, financial planning, risk management, and long-term business initiatives.
This position is onsite with minimal travel to company locations throughout the year as directed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee corporate accounting operations and financial reporting activities
- Manage cash projections, financial reviews, forecasting, and overall financial analysis
- Partner with outside tax accountants regarding corporate and owner tax matters
- Support risk management initiatives and provide financial insight to executive leadership
- Participate in benefit and insurance renewals, including coverage review and cost analysis
- Serve as the System Administrator for accounting and financial systems
- Maintain banking relationships and oversee letters of credit, lines of credit, and compliance requirements
- Assist with evaluating acquisition opportunities and related financial due diligence
- Support compensation program development and financial modeling
- Ensure accurate financial records, reporting compliance, and process improvement initiatives
- Travel occasionally to company locations, approximately 3–4 times annually
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate-level Controller experience required
- Experience working within an S-Corporation structure preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, banking, compliance, forecasting, and risk analysis
- Experience managing accounting systems and financial software platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
